Human Resources Associate

Position Description & Responsibilities

The Human Resources Associate will provide a full range of HR support to our global employee workforce. This position reports to the HR Director.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments
  • Ensures accuracy of data change requests through HRIS system and processes data changes
  • Conducts new hire onboarding and termination processes
  • Prepares employee census information for insurance, 401(k), and other reports
  • Partners with Payroll Manager to ensure accuracy of employee data for semi-monthly and monthly payrolls
  • Provides written and verbal employment verifications

Position Requirements

Successful candidates will have the following background/experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a fast-paced HR department
  • BA/BS in human resources, psychology, or related field required; PHR a plus
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems a plus
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation
  • Must have sound interpersonal, communication, organization and analytic skills.
  • High proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail and customer service
